We have made some important changes to our shipping procedure and charges. These changes will bring shipping costs for our customers down even more, as they are entirely based on a package's weight.

Our postage charges will be whatever the Royal Mail charges, plus an additional 20% for packing time and materials.

We will always endeavour to ship orders on the next business day. In most cases we actually ship on the same day that we receive the order. You will therefore in most cases only wait 3 business days for delivery, slightly longer for international shipping.

We ship worldwide. If you are from a country that is not listed on the checkout-dropdown menu, simply select "United States" as a country and "90210" (or any other real US zip-code) as a zip-code.

Shipping costs of multiple items will go up, but will always be based on weight.

Please be aware that all starter packs come with a UK standard mains charger. In order to make the charger work in countries other than the UK, you will have to attach an adapter to the charger. These are inexpensive and readily available in decent hardware stores or on eBay.
